DR. JACK LOO (PBM)
CHIEF METHODOLOGIST
Jack brings with him several years of research experience, having worked and consulted on numerous research projects for major local and multi-national corporations, as well as government organisations in Asia. He has conducted at least 600 research projects in the fields of advertising and marketing, new product launch, customer and employee satisfaction assessments, community development, brand equity, public opinions and nationwide campaigns. He adds to the list with the experience of having personally moderated numerous qualitative focus group discussions in the past years.
In his previous capacities, Jack has assumed several key leadership positions including the Senior Project Director of Towers Perrin-International Survey Research, Vice-President (Business and Consulting) for Market Probe, President of NetValue Asia and Research Director of The Gallup Organisation (Singapore).
He has extensive experiences in designing and directing studies, consulting with the clients by providing evidence-based advice, operationalising frameworks by linking key drivers to corporate outcomes, developing measurement systems to improve business outcomes, and managing client growth and retention.
Jack has a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Marketing, an Honours degree in Management, a Masters of Commerce and Management and a Doctorate in Organisational behaviour. He has also been awarded a number of overseas graduate and postgraduate scholarships. For his active contributions in community services, Jack has also been conferred with the Public Service Medal (Pingat Bakti Masyarakat) by the President of Singapore, S. R. Nathan (Mr).
